Been to Het Land van Ooit (Whenever land)

Don't feel like a lot to tell a bout today after missing out on blogging yesterday (sorry!). So I say it with pictures today!

Maybee I'll feel like writing a line or two later today. Then you'll know it when you see more blogging action here.

Why I do not need the Bodybouncer

What you see on Dutch TV...

There was this special about Women suffering from PSAS.

Tried PSAS in Google but what you get is Public Service Announcements ...
But trying the whole women suffering from PSAS I found this site to explain to you what it's about. If you don't know already...

Man... What hell that must be for these women when the people around them at home, or in their churchcommunity since it was in the US of A where the true Christian community helped Bush to stay in the saddle.

Some A,as in PSAS , from time to time is very OK but all the time?
I mean... These women where a queen in housecleaning because they didn't wanna give in to that feeling.

Must be like being on Viagra all the time.

Bounce that Body!

Found this great neat site...
OK, I didn't find it myself but a friend of a coworker did.
My coworker is chatting away with a friend in Curacao and she found this site:
http://www.bodybouncer.com

Great help if you want to be Mr. or Mrs. Lover Lover...

I, personally, don't need this!
I am flexible! But I don't do Kamasutra!!
Or, at least, I won't tell y'all about it!

Make shure you watch the movie they made (righthand upper corner).

Nice animations! Something for Irk as a study object?

Call it a truck * crash * boom * bang *

The scariest thing happened to me last night riding me and my bike home.

There I was on my bike with my in ear radioplugs in listening to radio 538 traveling South. It was like my Angel told me to be aware because all of a sudden I was on a collission course with a small DHL truck that came in from the left hand side.

Me on my bike and he in his truck!

My road (the one I was using) bends left and the one he wanted to go went straight ahead but it's not the same road. It's a secundary road to some companies' parking grounds.

He must have thought that I was heading the same way since I didn't signal to go left (with my hand as what we teach our children at school). I felt like I didn't have to signal because the main road was the one I was staying on.

The only thing I had was an elevated heartrate and a tiny scratchmark on my left elbow.
Oh...And some yellow paint on my brake-handle.

Thanks Angel!

Back to the grindstone (coffeegrinder)

Back at the coffee machine
Taking it intraveneus

Back at work and not much to do...

We sell stoves, furnesses and other forms of luxurious heating.
So, in the summertime there is not much to do for us.

But you can't be on holiday all summer so now I have the time to do things next to my work!

I have to do some reading to know what I've been missing out on.
Reading your (you know who) blogs to see what this world is about now.

I can't seem to pick up speed on this blog and my work (although I am on my lunchbreak now).
It took forever to read all the mail I got last week (checked the other mail via VPN from my homeputer). And then I started on my usual routines that now seemed to last and last.
We are with three from eight that are usually here. Phone hardly rings and no one to really talk to since we are meters/feet apart and shouting is no option...

Have to do the outside of the caravan tonight (if it's not raining). Brush it with soap. Clean it up before it goes back in it's winter home. My mum & dad will pick it up somewhere in oktober or so for a short trip to France. My dad is close to early retirement and is taking extra time off to get used to that feeling.

I hope they won't argue when he is home all the time. You hear it a lot that they have to get used to being around each other again after so many years of work every day. During holiday it's all candycoated (not!) so I fear for what's to come. The good thing is that I don't live with them anymore since a long time so I don't have to withness it all. But I hate it when it happens during holidays and I'll hate it when it will happen when he's home all day than!

Sooo, it's back to work again trying to pick up speed so I'll have more time doing nothing...

Fifth day at the beach -July 21 2005-

The day after the nightgame.

No music again. Sitting on the bed of our caravan.

We had a ton of fun last night! As a frightnite special the recreationteam organized a nightgame with the title 'Killing Clowns'. And I was one of the 10 Killing Clowns. We got made up as insane clowns with skull-like faces and an extreme clown-wig including a red nose. If all works well I will upload a picture with this entry of me as a KC made with my Nokia 6610i.

It seems to be working. This is me as a Killing Clown!

The game started with a funeral of Herman Renz who was the manager of Hollands most famouscircus families. Just when the funral ceremony started we, as Killing Clowns, came and took all artists and the coffin with us. Just to set an example of how vicious we were. We took all artists to a nearby forrest in the dunes where the game took place.

The kids, age 14 and up, came to that forrest and were supposed to find the artists and guess, after three questions, what act the artists where of. Not every artist was as obvious as the normal clowns. One of our clowns was an Aussie. The rest of us was from the NL and Germany. We, as Killing Clowns, where to take the envelopes away that they got from the artists after guessing their act right. We scared some of them shitless!

The first guy I took by surprise dropped to the ground when he saw me wearing black, skulled face and a white wig. Another guy ran as hard as he could and tripped over a root right in front of me, tumbled, roled, tripped again and dropped face down in front of two other KC's. They had a sitting duck there taking his envelope.

Afther the game ended at 0:45 AM we sat down for a beer or two, or three or more. At 2:15 I called it a day and went to my caravan for a short night rest.

We went swimming today...

Third day at the beach -July 19 2005-

No music today. Only the sound of the wind...

We've got a tiny storm over The Netherlands the rest of the week. Maybee it's a tail from Dennis and his sister tornado's? Windforces up to 6 Bft and the possibility of thunderstorms. We had some of that possebillity last night. Or should I say afternoon into the night?
It started when we were in Calantsoog. Shopping around at the local Albert Heijn. Open 7days a week from 8 am till 10 pm and proud of it. Main language spoken is German. Man! You don't have to go to Germany to learn to speak German! Come to the Dutch coast during the summer.

Sonderangebot - Special Offer
Quellenwasser - Springwater
Zeitung - Newspaper

But, back to the weather! We were there in a sportsshop looking for shorts and shirts as Sonderangebot. Chose a short (East Coast) for me and a sleeveless shirt (Brunotti Sportswear) and a long, Gipsy kind, white skirt for Anita (Mrs. BigBro). And just when we wanted to check out at the cash register all hell broke loose outside. Hard rain and thunder & lightning. People running, biking or whatever from the beach to their homes, tents, caravans or... I got out to get the car and pick up my girls & gal right in front of the store. After getting home (caravan) we had thunder & lightning all through the evening and night. Anita didn't like it that our girls where out there in their own Igloo and we where inside watching a chickmovie.

I, for some reason, decided that it was a good night to watch a chickmovie. Mona Lisa Smile to be specific. And I enjoyed it! Am I gay now? Or was it because of the company and the quality/quantity of red wine (Spanish Tempranillo from the Toledo region) I had? I guess it was a combination of both and the fact that I begin to like Julia Roberts. As an actress and as a (pretty) woman.

Later last night I slept like a baby next to my own pretty woman.

Second day at the beach -July 18 2005-

Listening to Sarah Bettens' Scream

Sarah is a former member of the Belgian formation K's Choice. One of Canagal's fav Eurobands. At least they used to be. K's Choice is no longer among us. Creative differences was the argument tosplit up. Too bad. Songs like 'Stuffed Animals are always right' are among the best songs I know...

I am so sunburnt on all places that weren't covered bu some sort of fabric. Thank G I wore my hat 'cause I still remember France many years ago. Being burnt through my very short hair. The itch is very bad!Let alone the peeling skinfragments that fly through the air... We have good weather again during our holiday! Wow! Last year we had rain for almost two weeks. So we left France early last year. After 1.5 weeks of rain. During that holiday we had one very good day on which we got sunburnt also! That was in the first week and we 'enjoyed' it the rest of our stay. The ITCH!

I think I need my coffee now. I'd prefer to have coffee at Moxy's or The Roastery now. A 'Café Thursday' but never on a Thursday! Coffee in a cup with the size that could keep Texas awake for a week...I, by the way, still use the Mega Mug that you drank from @ The Roastery sis! The one you sent me years ago!

We had no shouters this night so I guess the have been expelled from the campsite!

Toodles for now...

First day at the beach -July 17 2005-

Listening to Eminem's Encore typing my first entry during the vacation by the sea.

We had a lousy nite's sleep last nite...Some drunks were shouting out loud for a few hours and I was to far off to realise where it came from let alone knowing where I was. I only know that I hated them for waking me up each time. I prefer people who get drunk like me. First I become funny (even more then I normaly am and other people think I'm funny too so it's not in my head!). Later I become tired or just very slow like I had some grass. Just relaxed very much with a tingling feeling in my face. Peacefull.

We had an encounter with drunks like that on a campsite before. That was in Luxemburg. They came from Finland and got drunk like that because booze is much cheaper in Luxemburg than in Finland. They were soooooo drunk! They were on top of their rallycar waving their 12" knives around... I hate violent drunks! I think all of you are no violent drinkers. Y'all get pretty wasted when drunk...but Ithink your all fun to be with when drunk! Although I think your also fun to be with when NOT drunk! -grin- I know for shure that Canagal is...

So today is Sunday and were just relaxing. No nothing that we HAVE TO do.

Caravan of love

Every woman every man
Join the caravan of love
(stand up) stand up
Stand up
Every body takes a stand
Join the caravan of love
(stand up) stand up
Stand up

This takes me back a few years to my youth. But the one we spent a few hours with today will take us to a camping by the Noordzee. So, as from Saturday morning I will not be reading or writing blogs... But it will only be for one week (that's the bright side to it).

I am bringing my laptop but I was told to only use it for storing pictures.

I'll try to sneek in some time to be blogging for after the holiday. That way I can post what I couldn't during this week of vacation... Don't tell the Mrs. Bigbro!

So it's only tomorrow before I leave...

But we'll leave in style! ;-p

Liked this...

Holiday...

Just a few days to go before we go on holiday.
We're going to Sintmaartenszee. That's in the province of Noord-Holland near Den Helder (Navy base). We'll be camping a la deluxe: http://www.campingsintmaartenszee.nl/ We'll be in my parent's caravan and Romy & Tessa will be in the tent that we'll park into our tent... Right in front of our caravan.

That reminds me of 1991 when I was in Canada and the US of A with my sis Canagal! Man did we camp for real back then! In the eyes of those americans that was! They came in cruising around in their motorhomes. Put out their hydraulics and satelite dish (ow my G! Can't miss Oprah!) and look at us as if we were from a different planet! We slept in an Iglo. Three adults in 1 iglo isn't strange is it? We went to honeymoon bay (Vancouver Island) and 1 camping in the states.

There aren't that much campings in the states in the Northern states... Our first night was in a no tell motel with a vibrating bed. I did NOT sleep on that bed!! My two perverted Canadian friends did!

On another occasion they also slept on the couch while watching over Canagal's niece and nephew! Took a pic of that! Which I can't find right now... Two lil kiddies playing on the floor with those two devoted substitute parent sleeping on the couch!! Mums and dads...if you wanna go to a party and don't want to be sure your kids are OK... Bring them to Canagal!! HA!

I bet she's a much better mom than she was back than! But she will deny it! I'm shure.

I know my woman is a good mom but she's not always shure of that. Raising these lil people can sometimes be pretty darn difficult. Especially when they get a mind of their own...

BB

Wot? No coffee!?

I just came to realize that I didn't have coffee all day!
Man... No wonder I am so slo on the go.

Normally I would have had 9 to 10 by now but I just didn't get to it.
I had tea for breakfast and left right after that to pick up Tessa at my wife's mum and dad and then went to work. Not to work but to let my girls see where daddy works now. They had never been there so they wanted to know.

Came back home at lunchtime and went in the the kids bath with them till now.
I DO MISS MY COFFEE! I guess that I will take some in right after dindin.

The familyman - The Sequel

This is me being the familyman in Utrecht in the museum... This is the so called Pling Plong room where kids and adults that never grew up can make music.

Here we are making our own draaiorgel musicbook. A card with punchholes in it that reproduces music in a special device that they had there and that you could buy at an insane price...so we didn't and now we only have the cards and the memory of the music we made.
We had fun!

Is the world going mad again?

Terrorist bombing in London

What is it with human beings?

We are better than you! No we are!

Our God is better than yours! No ours is!

Not much has changed over the last 2000 years or so.

I mean... Jews and Palestines were 'fighting' in Jesus' time. They still are...

Not much has changed over the last 400 years or so.

I mean... In Ulster (Northern Ireland) we still got the people from two religions with the same God hating each others guts for the fact that they won some battle 400 years ago. And for the fact that they are catholic or protestant.

And, as many Greek oracles and fortune tellers already said. After the disappearing of the threath between the greater powers in the world (Cold War) the threath will come from the new world (Middle East).

We (humans) are so busy destroing what we got!

We don't need a War of the Worlds to destroy our Mother Earth

The first day after B day...

From my childhood on I thought the first time would be romantic...
With candles, soft music, maybee sweet wine and an understanding partner.

Never would I have guessed that it would be quite different from that!
No candles, European pop trash for music, a cold beer and multiple understanding 'partners'...

~My first Blog entry! Wow!~

I always thought that blogging was like keeping your diary but it's not like that at all.
It's spilling your brain and getting comments on that! OK, I admit that I never even looked at Blogs before. Beside the usual 'blogs' that are in the media over here for their critical standing to certain political issues. But I like it at my first try and will be doing this from now on for as much as I can...

Thanks for the introduction!

Bigbro
