Sooooooooowwwww... what is there to know for you?
Not much! I can't thinks straight anymore and I am loaded.
We just had a BBQ and I had a lot of French Rosé Wine (12.5% VOL)
and aparantly too much meat. I am so full that I only want to semi lay on the
couch and watch the Dutch national soccerteam win/loose from Germany.

drink lots of water, dear buddy
I've felt BAD last night, at night and I still do! Belly hurts a bit and I'm eating 'white bread' that I just bought without anything on it because I didn't feel like eating the brown bread I took with me (Dutch habit bringing your lunch to work in a plastic box or bags (boterhamzakjes).
I shure could use the stuff we had back in 1991 when we ate to many jellybeans!
Water didn't do the trick for me.
